How many of you got more then one monitor hooked up?

I know some of you do allready..


I went out and bought me a couple more 19" flat screen monitors to go with the 21" i got allready....

and picked up a double vga card and installed more ram.

HUGE workspace

60" wide

I was running 2 19 inch and 1 17 inch at one stage by using three video cards, I loved it, but then I got the laptop and I sacrificed the work space for the mobility.

I have 3 17inch monitors... Love all the extra space and not having to overlap shit as a work... I have my chats and emails in one... Photo/video editing on another and the third for surfing sites or editing HTML for example...

All my computers run dual 19's.

I'm thinking of trading up to a single 30" dell

MikeG: Two things, why go back to one? With multiple monitors, you can snap things to the different screens, directx in two screens etc etc..
RE: Dell, get a samsung instead. Dell is just samsung rebranded and re $$$'d.

That's an impressive amount of desktop space.

I've got two 17" LG monitors 2048x768. Once you go to two monitors (or more) it's difficult to go back.

i have 2 21's on this desk. and i used to have a 3rd 19 that was hooked to my old desktop.

its nice to have so much space. wish i still had all three.

its worthless if they are not all hooked to same machine. switching between keyboards is annoying and still slower then moving between windows.

two 19" monitors, still not enough real estate for me. Thinking about upping to two 21" in the near future but need to really upgrade this old P4 first.

pimp...i have a back up laptop and a back up desk top, but i am old skool and just use one laptop to work from....

i have 2 19" CRT monitors and I am very happy with them...

I couldn't see the LCD monitors, so roy bought me a HDTV as my main work space.. and I have a smaller 19" for the other. The 36" TV has been THE BEST!

These are just tools of our trade guys...no biggie

I tried it just to check it out and I have not gone back since.

Even though Windows lets you flip through your tasks, being able to see them all laid out at once has its advantages.

There are softwares that allow you to use one keyboard and one mouse for multi-computers....

I have 3 21's and a Matrox Parahelia triple monitor video card. Once you go from two to three, you can't ever go back!
