Intentionally Created Hurricanes Are About To Sweep Our Nation Yet Again
FACT: Russian KGB scientists created weather altering technology in the 1970's.
FACT: The majority of Americans consider weather manipulation to be impossible. FACT: There are US laws of national security that make weather manipulation illegal. FACT: It is 100% possible that the tsunami in India, and the recent "hurricanes" in southern continental US are nothing more than the result of intentional weather manipulation. Did the US government intentionally create the tsunami that rocked India and surrounding countries? Maybe to play a large role in cleaning up and supporting countries that mean nothing to us, in a shady attempt to convince the would that our government is compassionate. Maybe Kayne West was right, lol, Maybe George Bush doesn't like black people. Maybe Hurricane Katrina was sent to rid of the minorities in New Orleans, the 8th most dangerous city in America. Any organization with the money and resources needed to manipulate weather on a large scale are capable of manipulating weather on a large scale. Maybe I'm wrong, Maybe I'm right, but there is another Hurricane season coming real soon. Obviously, this is the perfect time to manipulate dangerous weather patterns and blame them on mother earth. If you take a look at a map indicating where hurricanes most usually hit, you'll find that another common path for hurricanes is the North east. I wouldn't be suprised if at least one cat4+ hurricane hits the North East this hurricane season. Why did I make the above sentence bold? Because I'm going to book mark this thread and bump it when time reveals that I am correct. Flood insurance is something everyone should consider. and one last thing, I'm not some paranoid conspiracy theorist pothead sitting in some basement rocking a tinfoil hat. I am a critical thinking intuitive person who looks at the facts. |
Dumbass.

WTF?
I will look at most conspiracy theories with an open mind - but this is the crappiest I have heard yet. BTW - The tsunami was nothing to do with the weather. |

What do you fucks have to say about that?

It was Jacques Chirac

KFC created Bird Flu

"significant potential"
if it wasn't a realistic threat there wouldn't be a law preventing it. somebody tell me i'm wrong and back it up with scientific proof. |
well, it does explain why weathermen can't ever predict the weather right

Governments with their unlimited resources are pretty much capable of anything with all the technology and research scientists available to them. I really can't see the US trying to send intense hurricanes into the US though. Maybe to other countries we're hostile with. |
lol, I can see some idiot controlling a hurricane in Washington with a joystick. "Now where's them black peoples at?"

The info on this site is quite enlightening. Whoa!
http://www.haarp.net/ :helpme :disgust The military has had about twenty years to work on weather warfare methods, which it euphemistically calls weather modification. For example, rainmaking technology was taken for a few test rides in Vietnam. The U.S. Department of Defense sampled lightning and hurricane manipulation studies in Project Skyfire and Project Stormfury. And they looked at some complicated technologies that would give big effects. Angels Don't Play This HAARP cites an expert who says the military studied both lasers and chemicals which they figured could damage the ozone layer over an enemy. Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA.) As far back as 1958, the chief White House advisor on weather modification, Captain Howard T. Orville, said the U.S. defense department was studying "ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather" by using an electronic beam to ionize or de-ionize the atmosphere over a given area. In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality. He published papers on the use of environmental-control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. Double fucking post.

Hypothetically, if it were possible to manipulate the weather.. care to explain how any weather change could possibly cause a tsunami? Eagerly awaiting your enlightened response.

"Maybe Kayne West was right, lol, Maybe George Bush doesn't like black people. Maybe Hurricane Katrina was sent to rid of the minorities in New Orleans, the 8th most dangerous city in America."
Yeah Kayne West I think he has the technology to track hurricanes and follow their progress. Get off the weed:1orglaugh |
Here is my prediction
You will lose 1 sale for every dumb post you make on GFY Seriously dont you have anything better to do with your time than to research this obviously useless topic hehehe. |

i am no expert so i have no idea how big of an explosian would be needed to produce an earthquake large enough to create a tsunami, but it might be doable..... |
just look at the history of hurricanes over the last 150 years and youll see why your wrong.

"Bush" has a hurricane machine, he tryed it out on New Orleans last year.

:2 cents: |
I agree with the OP.
I found a video somewhere showing Katrina on a thermal radar or something with a beam of some sort that kept shooting into the center of it. The video was about HAARP and speculation of the technology they are developing. This stuff is no joke. |

I think it's safe to say that humans will eventually develop methods to accurately control the weather. I believe that HAARP is a very primitive version of what we will have 250 years from now.
Exactly how accurately HAARP works today, who knows. |
