I swear I saw in the news that she specifically told Playboy that they could not use her photo for the cover of their magazine, and if they did, she would sue them... and yet, I see it's on the cover.

Any more info on this? Is she suing? I know Playboy's legal department is a tough nut to crack, so it should be interesting as to what happens.
