How Much Sleep Do You Get
I used to go to bed generally around 1ish. But lately I've found that with all the new programs and new technolegies to learn about I'm pushing it to 5 sometimes 6 but still getting up at the same time. I figure I'm running on about 5 hours sleep per day, and out of the other 19 hours in the day I'm starring at this screen for 17 of them lol (not quite but sometimes feel like it). So what's your story are you, how much do you get.

Stay up till about 1 or 2 am and wake up about 9am. Some nights I'll be working till 3 or 4 though.

I usually get to bed about midnight. Sometimes have to deal with the baby at about 4am, and then out of bed at about 7:30 to 8am.

Usually 5 to 6 hours and then I catch a mid morning nap anywhere between 9 and 11. It never feels like enough though.

7hrs sleep per night or so, depends on work load. I try to work a structured day though, no need to get burnt out. :)

I actually find myself doing a big 14 hour sleep catch up from time to time. Usually when hungover from a big night of partying lol

Normally seven hours. As I've aged, I sometimes also need a 15-20 nap--especially if I did more than just a 5-6 mile workout; I start the nap with wanking, so it's usually a sound sleep until the alarm goes off. Upon awakening, I'm much more productive:-)

I usually get 3-4 hours sleep... goes to bed at 2 or 4 am.. but now my eyes get heavy when 10pm strikes. so I get around 5 hrs sleep ..

5 to 6 hours per day, often as 4 hours at night and 2 in the afternoon, depends on the situation and time. I work until I am tired and then I sleep. I don't pay too much attention to the clock.

lately I have been very busy with all the deadlines at work, so I only get 3 hrs of sleep on wee hours of the morning. But when I am free I get 10 to 13 hours of sleep everyday

once there was a time in my life when i went to bed at like 3 or 4 and got up at 6 or 7.
so between 2-4 hours and that over 2 years. i gotta compensate for that now so i usually enjoy about 10 hours every day now ;) |

is there such thing as "too much sleep?" I think your body will wake up when it wants to wake up and will get the sleep it needs

I did not go to sleap for 3 days, seriously , iam a quite a new in industry , and iam lunching my own TGPs , i had to study scripts, and all things including graphic design. Now iam going to bed , iam so fucken tired that i almoust writing this post.

When I was kid the necessity of sleep made me angry. In a sense, it still does.
ONE THIRD! I know it's an absurd thought, but imagine if we could have 50% more productivity, at the level of the indivuidual -- returning fully 8 of those 8 we squander in our dreams. I know, I know... and I don't really wanna hear it -- :1orglaugh |
I'd consider myself lucky if I get more than 6 hours of sleep. I can't seem to sleep more than 6 hours regardless of how hard I try.
