Turnkey Bucks -- too good to be true?
 

First off, I have no intention to use them as my own site is racking in some good money.

However, I do notice they offer $100/signup. I saw them on a PayCounter ad. Are they too good to be true? That's what I think.

We sell turnkey adult websites for $399.00 to surfers looking for business opportunities. The $100 per sale is a comission for referring 1 sale of a turnkey site to us through your link. Our program is a great compliment to your other sponsors.

Brad's a straight up guy and always willing to help out a fellow webmaster, I can vouch for that.

39.99???, LOL, maybe you're missing the point of what he does. Its similar to YourNichePaysite.com, except on YNP you have to do your own tour, plug it into their backend, and you get your recurring commissions off of the sales.
Brad charges $399, but that includes the domain and the tour (alof of those tours are really nice too). You'll be hard pressed to find quality paysite tours for $399
