Hey guys, i am in Phillipines and when i try to buy domains from here it will not let me, guess they are scrubbing me out

is there ANY way to buy domains any other way? can i email payment information or do something that way? or ANYTHING? i have a list of domains i'd like to buy and i cant fucking buy them from godaddy (my normal registrar) or any other registrars

this fucking sucks, all the domains will be gone by the time i find a way to purchase them :disgust
