Business Thread: Start-Up Investment
 

I've been thinking about venturing out into my own program. Just wondering where others got thier start-up capital. The obvious resource would be a business loan from a bank or credit union, which I'm looking into at the moment. Just wondering where others went for the initial investment it took to start thier program.

I'd say if you don't have enough $$$$ to start a program, then don't start it...

You can try to secure a small business loan but its going to be hard to explain that you want to fund drippingcreampies.com.

Best bet would be to hit up relatives or parents if you don't have enough capital.

You should first be in the businesss for yourself for a couple of years. At least one.

Thats should be your first souce of income. After that try partherning with somsone or a personal loan.

I don't have an extra $20,000-$25,000 laying around. Apparently most people on this board just wipe thier asses with $100's.

No, they use the $100's to start their paysites. Pretty much everyone made money in the industry prior to dropping 25k on a high risk investment.

Banks won't make a loan for a porn site. Better to find an angel investor.

Angel financing is pretty much your only option if you don't have the capital. But to be honest, if you're gonna start your own program, its better that you become successful in some aspect of adult first, whether it be by your own TGP, being a large scale submitter, etc. Getting credibility by being successful first goes a long way to convince people to send you traffic.
