Anyone around here also expeciring weird things with their stats there ?

Yes recurring orders are wipped out here. rest seems to be in order.

Like one moment it says u made an X amount of sales and a few cpl of hours later they are gone ?

Like 5 DAYS of MISSING sales
They were there

AND NOW THERE NOT

I miss $ 900 Commision since last 5 days
Not on chargebacks
Sales just are missing SUDDENLY

After refresh, 50 % is added
After fresh 50 % is deducted

I think there working on something
I see no news somewhere

So do they think i sleep ?

I needed to post this example, to let masters read 4 days are cleaned out, not transported, or balanced or whatever people say to explain where it went.

So reading it MIGHT come back again is good.
But its stil a big BUT for me on this case, specialy when the difference can mean happiness of your work, or beeing charge back on your work.

Were no criminals, we work hard enough to give everyone there traffic and sales. God, i feel like shit .... work hard, spended my cash on the revues earned, so all the reason to act like a bulldog protecting his found bone

Yes, i do. It's been 4 days like that. Some chargebacks and sales appearing and disapearing each time i refresh. But the worst thing is that my sales are now half of what they used to be this morning for the past 4 days ... scary

I had not noticed. I guess that I should log in and check my stats from time to time.

Yes in correcting the Chargeback issues we inadvertantly doubled everyones sales for several days, we are sorry for the confusion, most people should see a bump in sales due to credits from being double dinged on chargebacks, we are sorry for the errors, but we now believe the numbers to be true and correct.

Ah databases do strange things sometimes. Don't be so hard on them guys, as long as they get right on it to fix it. :)

Actually I was misinformed, there are still issues and we have several people working on correcting thos eissues, I expect them to be fully fixed before the end of the day.

The chargeback issues are resolved, yes there was double pay for several days, most of it is corrected but there are still a few issues with a couple of days stats that will be rerun to reflect the correct ammounts.

I am sorry for this situation, it is a result for the compleate rollover of new code from windows to linex and frm MSql to mysql, it was a major undertaking, but we have come out the other side a much stronger company and our sales and growth of traffic reflect that.

They are solved ? so its normal I see a chargeback for a amount of sale I never made ? also the stats at his moment are a third of what they been before.. I will ask later on about the free sign ups

still a few issues ... so i should expect my sales to drop again?

Sean reported the mistake was corrected, now this SAME ammount is beeing deducted under mom, double paid, i dont think so...
As starter of this posting says, he started with a CHARGEBACK not even 1 sale made. That detail says from off his signup something was wrong, and corrected last week, and now deducted, im getting CRAZY here
