Does CCBill have a IPN system?
 

I remember I have seen something like a IPN system that you could use to receive script calls of certain events like signup, delete and modification so you could build your own user management system. But I can't find anything in the manual about it...

I don't think its on their site tho.
You have to talk with them to send you the api.
