first, most languages when spoken that are not english to me, sound like a lawnmower trying to start.

German/Spanish are the 2 I can think of. What other languages do you think sound funny when spoken and what do you think they sound like?

come on..that's a very *$%#@ observation. each country has its own language.

Tagalog sounds just like ehh... dunno

Not true. Well, I don't know about the countries in europe where they dub their movies and programs..but in finland english sounds quite natural since 90% of our TV is in english :)
