absolute nightmare

best of all, they dont even remove it from your Manage Account list. So it still hits you up and tries to get you to pay to renew it, even though they cant.. Such a scam that company.

Call up the support sometime, Make sure to ask for advanced support you will get a guy that got 20 minutes training, regular support people get 15 minutes.

Ok this is what I was looking for I have spent over an hour probably on support and they keep on telling me the wrong information.

This has been going on for around a month now :)

I got an account to get some domains a long time ago and trying to get them out for years it seems overall :Oh crap

They were one of the first domain companies to offer paypal so alot of people used them, now everyone is regretting it.

Are you yelling yet? heheheh I normally 'yell' through their support forms and let me tell you, they get the shit done right first time I 'yell'.

As for your initial question, have had some transferred in, not out.

Ok had to vent a bit cause I think they are trying to stall so I have to pay for another year with them :(
