TV's "McCloud," Dennis Weaver, Has Died
 

werd just saw it on tv what is up with the mass exodus of legends? peace out to another

Weaver has the distinction of starring in Steven Spielberg's first-ever film "Duel" - regarded by some as a psychological terror masterpiece.

I still remember his McCloud tv series. He was a good actor.

I dont remember him that well, but we have lost a lot of legends lately!

So did character actor Darren McGavin and Don Knotts. They always go in threes. Creepy.

RIP to the three great entertainers..

I was thinking that after McGavin and Knotts died.

great movie even to this day.

I can remember him as Chester on Gunsmoke way back when.. He was good at what he did...

That's the movie that put Weaver on the map as an actor and deservedly so; he did a phenomenal job with that role.

Am I the only one who thought Highlander?

I met the man years back when he acted in a TV movie fimed in my house. The movie was awful but he was a nice guy.
