I heard Iraq maybe the next real estate hotspot once the locals calm down I was thinking of organising a webmaster tyour down there if anyones interested

Iraq seems to be heading into civil war, unless you have an army to defend your property I don't see the point of "investing" there.

Unless of course you believe in the Bush propaganda.

Buy land, they aint making any more of it.

Well, some people are making artificial islands and sure volcanoes are creating some new land, but all in all there isn't much more being made, so buy up.
