Canceling Napster ARRRG,
 
God if we made it this hard to cancel...

First you have to downlaod the napter frontend, if you don't already have it or it needs to be upgraded... Then you have to goto "myaccount" Search though a bunch of stuff to find the cancel link, to be told you have to call the 800 number to cancel. then call the number and wait for a 5 minute message that just gets you the the prompt to choose the cancel option, then wait though another LOOOOG message to get the the prompt that allows you to finailly access a customer support rep... THEN sit on hold for 20 minutes... What a PAIN!

I just installed Napster today and there interface/software is so clunky and slow compared to iTunes. :Oh crap

had both and itunes is the only way to go. even though it was nice to have access to a lot of songs at anytime on napster i just didn't like it. The visualizer at itunes is also very cool.

on the topic of canceling aol was hardest ever and napster was not fun either as i remember :Oh crap

I don't remember having such a hard time cancelling Napster, but maybe it's different now. Itunes? Well unless you buy songs exactly what can you hear? Right now I currently subscribe to Yahoo Music.

once i finallly got someone one the phone it took about 4 minutes, but after 15 minutes of adds, instructions etc, then a hold of 20 minutes..(more adds)...

can you imagine if we made every member have to call us to terminate, then ask them why etc....
