Do you send traffic to Offshore Clicks?
I read that Antone won the Eraser car... I've never tried his program... as w/ any click program I assume you have to be making them money to get paid -- do their sites look good?
Seems to me I remember it being advertised that you got some kind of Visa card w/ them... was that my imagination or did they give up on that idea...? Anyway a simple click program that pays would be nice for a change... Revshare programs can be annoying since you have to worry about member retention and other boring data ;) |
They pay me on time every time. I don't have much traffic though. They even threw in a couple bonuses for me before because they said they liked dealing with honest webmasters. Fine by me. One thing I like is that they email you to verify the amount they owe you at the end of the period so you know when to expect your check.
They're still offering the ATM card, but I've never signed up for it. Once you log in to your stats you can choose your payment method there. Minimum payout for the ATM card is $300.00. I think there is a $100 yearly fee to use it. If you want to give them a try, feel free to use my link: http://php.offshoreclicks.com/cgi-bin/ref.cgi?evildick ;) |
Could someone explain what the ATM card is to me? I've heard about it.. but nobody ever told me what benefit there was to actually using it

No waiting for a check I guess.

No record of any payments on your bank statements

I used Offshore clicks for all of about two hours.
I'm one of these fossils who thinks it would be nice if surfers came back to my sites sometime, maybe I'll have a banner then that they like better than the onces I have now. I'm also one of these people who will not return to sites that fuck with my browser. The Offshore Clicks people take your traffic and torture it. There's a misleading dialog box that resets your home page, a ton of alerts and popups, odd-sized windows that are hard to close, and all that sort of thing. It ain't surfer friendly at all. I know the collective wisdom in this business says screw the surfer, but I simply don't agree. It's short term thinking. How long would Walmart last if they adopted the practice of having that exit "greeter" person spray liquid manure on every customer that exited the store? Not long, right? Now, would it make any long-term difference if they collected four cents for every customer they sprayed with manure? I don't think so. |

But I agree with Fork, it's the whole ethics thing again. Oh my! |
Fork I agree.
If you want to torture your traffic send them to their hell. I as hell will not ever. I rather do 4 free than offshore anytime. They are good for CJ sites or other tricks where you really want people to get hurt. -- McSpike -- |
I sent one hit to them, the computer next to me, then realized what a mistake it was signing up. Sure they kick in a bonus for ya, i made 4 cents, my own click, then deleted the links.
No way in hell id send even the shittiest traffic I have to that, id rather send my traffic to http://www.gofuckyourself.com/index.php?referrerid=8787 and get a referral credit, before I send to them... the alert they use is like asking "Do you want to be kicked in the face, have your nuts burned, and make this your homepage... Are you 18?" Yes or No |
