We're selling our main site which is close to making $1 million usd per month. At least $500k of that can be kept in profit when properly managed.

Memberbase of over 350k with 70k paying and most of them on rebill. Main revenue is generated by ppc, no serious affiliate programming running yet except for a couple of small ones. Big growth and very very good projections for the future.

Verify? Anarchy I am also in the process of selling a business and am wondering what you use to verify potential buyers. I have the NDA but this is my first business sale and even with a lawyer it gets confusing. I'm in the same boat about the secrecy as well, makes it hard to negociate.

There are alot of options / questions you need to ask yourself. Do you know the potential company that might buy from you, is it a cash buyout or on terms, etc.

1. Talk to your counsel - that is a must

2. Nda of course and if there then really interested - mabey dual nda's so you can see there financial standing, books, cpa info, etc.
