what type of shoulder mount is that ?

DV Rig Pro..... You don't see the belly support here, but needed. It's pretty heavy if you are shooting.

Depends on the set.

We put several daylight sets or we have Canon lamps for the camera's. Don't know the brands from my bare head here.
