I read the drama thread.. I'm still trying to figure out why Kyla, Lia and Josie are. I'm certainly confused. :1orglaugh

All I know is no photographer would shoot on a % and not expect to get that % for life. Are you saying that the photographer no longer has a %?

I'm strictly using business sense. Not trying to rag on them or anything.

If she was suppose to be on a % you can't just cut her out of the %, at least not on your own. Maybe perhaps through the courts. I guess you could use the drug thing against her.

Sounds like they played Judge and the Jury to me and it caught up with them.

Again, I'm just talking out of my ass from what I have read. Only they know the real story.

I'm not getting into it on GFY but we had a deal that she would shoot the content .. It would be exclusively for us. If we part we can use what we have and she can use it also .... We did that so if we did part the site would not have to come down. there would just be no updates. before Josie contacted me and asked to continue shooting with us I already started the design for Josieandfriends.com to take the place of josiejunior.com. when it was ready (it almost is ) I would notify the affiliates that in 30 days we will be directing all josie traffic to that site and it will be updated with mixed teen content. Lia knew this and chose to go into an unauthorized server and delete the content because she acted on emotion and not as a biz person. all she did was hurt affiliates ... the same people she will be asking to trust her with money in a few months. We will continue to send out checks and we will make good on the 10 hours the site was F'd up. only difference is that now affiliates will have 2 great Josie sites to promote and much better content. an email is already in the Que of Nats to go out to affiliates explaining things.

Yes as long as she supplied content on time and she would get a % of the site profit. she stopped delivering quality content on time. we tried to address it and she refused to return calls ..felt she didn't have to answer to anyone .. being that the site was suffering and we felt that was not fair to our affiliates or members we notified her that we would not be excepting anymore updates from her and converting the site to a mixed teen format. she was free to use the content also and was going to in a site josievialia.com ... I told her to have Josie call me and i will continue to pay her % even if she didn't shoot exclusive because i knew she needed the money. Lia told her not to call me but she did and asked if she can continue to shoot. Said she didn't want to have to start over with Lia .. I said OK and we made a deal. I didn't pay Lia for December because she didn't produce quality content or deliver it on time ..in addition to not returning any calls from anyone at Mobbucks. said she got paid to shoot and not to return calls .. When we restored the sites content we left out the sets we didn't pay for even thou we have releases for them .. because we just felt it was the right thing to do. I really have nothing more to say about it .. Ray has been in contact with Lia and we are filing this week unless we come to terms for damages.
