We spammed GFY to the SAME ICQ LIST years ago when LENS was on a promotional run when GFY FIRST OPENED! This was done for his appearence on PLRRADIO. He didnt have a problem then. Why do you now TexasDreams?

And point #2. I got some GREAT fucking surprising news. Thanks for ruining it.

and point #3 When you use icq's mass message feature it is NOT spam.

and point #4 Sue me for getting mad excited about some great news and messaging my contact list for the first time in 5 years.

and point #5 When you send mass icq, it takes time. Icq actually does it in batches, thus creating different times for everyone recieiving it.

if the mass feature that comes with icq was spam icq would take it out.

TD wasn't part of GFY 5 years, much less a mod... so it's kinda pointless to keep bringing that up. He can't base actions today on actions of others from 5 years ago that he was completely unaware of.

No... not necessarily. I mean, giving money to local churches, services and charities 5 years ago doesn't give you the right to then step above the law.

I'm not saying you did, or what you did deserves a banning. I'm just saying... what you or lensman or anyone else did 5 years ago will likely hold very little bearing on what you're suddenly allowed or not allowed to do today.

Plus, as most people know, this industry can have a very short memory sometimes.

ICQ has an ignore function, and it takes a lot less time to use than starting threads, posting, and whining about his mass icq's, over and over again.

its not like he's harvesting icq's to add to his list to send, at one point or another either you gave him your icq # or you added Headless to YOUR LIST on your own.
