It has come to my attention that some of the magazines we are mailed got held up by US Post. They have censored it, in order to have it mailed in the plain envelopes, we MUST stamp SEXUALLY ORIENTED MATERIAL on the outside of the envelope. This is all because of showing breasts we do not have total frontal nudity.We are working on an alternate solution, to this.The stamp will be the minimum allowed under this rule. Having said this if you do not wish to have it sent, to the address you provided, please email
webmaster at fubarwebmasters.com and we will take you off the list. If you received the calendar , you ARE on the list. My apologies for any problems this may cause, as mentioned we are trying to figure out alternate methods. This was only brought to our attention friday afternoon, so whatever remaining magazines there are will not be going out till early next week.

Porn mags aren't mailed that way, just in blacked out covers. Can't you do something similar? Or is this some new law?

Thats just what I was going to suggest - put it in a clear package but have nothing on the covers.

I remember AVN telling me the same thing...that their legal department insisted they put 'sexually oriented material' on the envelope...

Yet, Klixxx and XBiz don't do that...and I receive my mailings.

But, since I'm in the US and apparently klixxx and xbiz are mailed within the usa..maybe that's why..

Anyone from Canada or Europe NOT get their xbiz or klixxx?

we mail in plain envelopes, with no sexual connotation at all.

The really sad thing about that fellas, is that i get several baby magazines, and they have photos of womens breasts. But guess what. they are not forced to label them like that.

167; 3010. Mailing of sexually oriented advertisements::

Section 3010 of Title 39 requires a sender of sexually oriented advertisements to place on the envelope his/her name, address and notice of the sexually explicit nature of its contents. Any person may file a form with the Postal Service stating a desire not to receive sexually oriented advertisements. The Postal Service shall maintain a list of the names and addresses of such persons and shall make it available to any sender. No person shall mail a sexually oriented advertisement to any person whose name has been on the list for more than 30 days.


this statute applies to *UNSOLICITED* sexually explicit advertising, if the recipients of your newsletter signed up to recieve it you are not required to print that on the envelope
