anyone use TM3?

I bought the script and was told it would be installed the same night.. this was 2 days ago, and now they wont reply to my ICQ messages or emails.. i have sent several yesterday, and several more today. im getting ready to make a chargeback and use a different script. does anyone have personal experience w/ TM3? is it good? are they usually good w/ support? i would hate to have caught them at a bad time if this is unusuall. any info is appreciated. thank you.

I have been using it for about 5 years now. They usually are very good with support.I think they are based in Europe somewhere so it is a different time zone

I use tm3 on several of my sites. Most of the time they are quick to respond but sometimes it takes them a couple of days. I wish they had a self-install option...its always a pain to have to wait for someone to install shit for you.

i figured it would be something like that. im not sure why they havent responded to my emails.. but hopefully they will attend to it soon.

anything you dislike about TM3? or do they all pretty much do the same thing?

I like the force features and the proxy detection. Most scripts won't allow you to install them..trade secrets or something

I like it but prefer support other than via ICQ.

Anyone use TM3 w/ Smart Thumbs? they both use templates as input, and output an html. ... so am i supposed to do: Smart Thumbs template >> TM3 template >> index.html?

also, i am having problems w/ my direct /cgi-bin/ method of tracking the incoming traffic. They say to point my index.html to "/tt/idx/index.html". My domain www directory is: "/domain/www_root/" but my /tt/inx/" folder is in the parent directory of my "/www_root/" dir ("/domain/tt/").... Smart Thumbs creates my "index.html" and sends it to "/www_root/".. if i have Smart Thumbs send it so "../tt/idx/" my images and thumbs dont load because my domain www directory is set to "/www_root/"..

I cant figure out how to get it to work at all.. :Oh crap

Hi szango, i think you're overreacting just a little bit:-) Your installation request was sent on 02/24 CET, got it installed on 02/25 CET. It was almost 48h, that's true. Tech went skiing that day and everything slowed down a bit, so the installation wasn't done as fast as i thought it could be, sorry about that.

Regarding your question from your 2nd post today (how to configure incoming tracking), i won't reply it here as we're already discussing it on ICQ.

best regards,
Ty - TGP software

I think TM3 support is great... because the base is in Europe and the time difference... support is always within 24 hours if not immediately.
