I wouldn't pay more than $5-10k for that here.. that is for the lot.

in PV, a tear down is about 900k-1.1 easily..

I'm not from the ghetto or Detroit. Even from I used to live in Sarasota, Florida $650K get your a nice house near the beach, and that's in one of the top markets in the nation.
