If you print out your boarding passes at home, try this - print them out to find where the "SSSS" appears. Then put a post-it note over the corresponding area on a blank piece of paper, put that in your printer and print them out again. Then remove the post-it.

then you'll end up with secondary secondary screening, if they catch you.

If you check in late, fly standby, etc.. those are just a few innocuous things that can lead to you getting SSSS. Do you fly united or delta by chance?
