E-myth revisited

A very good book about why small businesses fail and how you can take steps in order to build a successful business.

Some tidbits from the book:
We have three sides, the manager, the technician and the entrepreneur. Each a part in us, each wanting to control the others. Entrepreneur dreams of what to do, while the manager whats the chaos to be controlled, as the technician does his 9-5 job.

Start from a bottoms up hierachy, you start at the low day to day jobs and write everything down systematically. This will be a training guide for someone to follow to take your place. Then move vertically to the next job and do the same thing over. Its a smarter way of deligation

Anyways, theres more... but thats just mine for the week. This book is comparable to rich dad but with more substance and more specifically about business organizational strategy.
