HEY GUYS...NEW TO THIS BOARD AND WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW OF A SPONSOR WHO I LOVED, AND HAS JUST DONE ME WRONG!

AT FIRST I HAD A CUSTOMER WHO SPENT LIKE $2500 IN THE FIRST MONTH, WHICH ACCORDING TO THEIR PROGRAM DETAILS SHOULD PAY ME 40%. THEY SAID SINCE IT WAS 1 GUY ONLY, THAT DIDNT APPLY, WHICH WASN'T STATED ANYWHERE IN THEIR TOS.

SO I BITCHED AND POSTED ON GG N J AND THEY SUDDENLY SAID IT WOULD BE PAID...AFTER SEVERAL WEBMASTERS AGREED HOW FUCKED UP IT WAS! THEY SAID THEY WOULD PAY AND EVEN SAID, AND I QUOTE, "WE EAT ALL CHARGE-BACKS AND REFUNDS NOW....." I WAS TOLD BY KARL HAMILTON THAT HE HAD THE GUY FAX HIS ID, A COPY OF HIS CC AND HIS SIGNATURE AUTHORIZING THE CHARGES AND THAT HIS SCRUBBING WAS THE BEST THERE WAS!

THEN THE GUY KEPT BUYING SHOWS...SPENDING OVER $10,OOO IN NOVEMBER WHICH WOULD HAVE PAID ME 2 PAYMENTS OF $2308 ON DEC 1 AND $1090 ON DEC 15

THE FUCKED UP PART IS I KNOW WHO THIS MEMBER OF MINE IS AND HE SPENT OVER $25K ON PRIVATECAMZ AND NEVER CHARGED BACK.
THEN A FEW DAYS BEFORE PAYDAY, NOV 29, THEY TELL ME THAT HE IS CHARGING BACK, AND I WONT BE GETTING PAID!

YET, FOR 2 WEEKS I GOT SEVERAL EMAILS WHEN THE GUY WAS STILL BUYING SHOWS!
THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 90 DAYS AND SEE WHAT THE BANK DOES.
I REPEATEDLY SAID, WELL YOU QUOTED ON GG N J THAT YOU EAT ALL CHARGEBACKS AND REFUNDS SO PAY ME MY FUCKING MONEY! mariahxxx.net

KARL HAMILTON REFUSES TO SHOW ME PROOF THE GUY IS CONTESTING THE CHARGES, AND WONT REPLY TO EMAILS.

HE IS A LIAR AND I JUST HOPE IN SUPPORT OF SOMEONE WHO HAD THEIR CHRISTMAS DESTROYED (MINE AND MY 8 YEAR OLD SONS') BY THIS FUCK THAT ANYONE PROMOTING THEIR SHITTY PROGRAM WILL NOT DO SO ANY MORE...IT COULD BE YOU!

How exactly do you KNOW this customer ... and that he spent money on another chat site? LiveBucks doesn't show usernames in their stats, just IDs.

So, do you know this customer personally? The one that charged back, apparently, X% of his charges?

Do you get where I'm going with this?

So you have 1 surfer that has spent over 10k on live cam feeds in 3 months?

I know the customer because the day the livebucks sales started, the privatecamz sales stopped. So I asked him and he said yes. He is no longer a member, and his email came back returned last month. He denied charging back.

I am who I say I am and again, when I get to 30 posts I'll post photos or links or whatever proof you need.

I lever had any deal with them other than for them to pay me the % it states in their TOS...which they claimed they forgot to change since 2002.

Go to GG N J and search the word livebucks and you'll see it...you'll see their weak replies and how they responded...which they dont have the decency to do now.

they wont provide any proof of dispute or even reply to an email to tell me to go fuck myself.

Its true, I am filing march 1 in Montreal to sue them and thought that other webmasters would want a heads up on someone who swears one thing and then completely goes back on it when its time to pay out.

I run my site 100% by myself and get help from Colette of CX Sites on some stuff, but thats it.

I still don't understand how you know the customer? You said you "asked him" ... Is it someone you know personally? Are they a member of a pay site so own so you tracked the name?

As I said before, LiveBucks doesn't show names or nicknames in their stats, only IDs. PrivateCamZ, as far as I know, doesn't provide anything.

If this info is in a post on another board, perhaps you'd better copy & paste if you want to make your point. I doubt anyone here feels like surfing another board to find your post(s).

I knew who the guy was because he bought shows on privatecamz which I got a % of...he bought some of those shows with me and told me he spent a lot on there....so when the sales began on privatefeeds (livebucks) and stopped on privatecamz I guessed and he confirmed I was right.

thats how I know who he is...I dont know him other than as someone who spent ridiculous amounts of money...

anyone who doesnt believe that people spend that kind of $$ ask camz dan...he has a guy who has spent over half a million on camz shows!!!!!!!

Evidentally you don't know cams, every main program has customers who spend well in excess of 5k/mo in private cam sessions. Mariah is a porn star legend and well known as a camgirl these days. I can see how she'd be pissed if she spent dozens of hours in private cam sessions over a few weeks, only to be told later that she wouldn't receive a dime for it.

As for how she knows this customer, I obviously missed the part where she said she was a performer, not an affiliate. That makes things a lot clearer.

However, if I had a penny for ever cam performer that bitched about a site they worked for ... boards are full of them. In the end, most turn out to be completely groundless. I'll be curious where this goes.

I know who she is just from seeing her stuff around. I also promote cams and personally talk to a few of the people I referred. I dont know, call my sceptical but generally speaking, when a surfers email bounces after emailing them about their membership.. It means 9 out of 10 times, they have actually issued a chargeback :1orglaugh

Id still like to know how you knew (other than asking) that this guy spent all that $$$ on camshows, ALL you get to see in LiveBucks stats is a subscription ID, just look at GFY members, ask any of them how much they make and everyone is a millionaire :1orglaugh

Explain please for LiveBucks? I know some sites it's not hard - they show you the usernames (and sometimes full names) in the stats.

I didn't say they *all* were - read my post.

But if you've spent as much time working with cam sites and boards dealing with cam sites, you'd know what I'm talking about. Her story sounds like so many others and as I said, so many turn out to be bullshit. I did say that I'd be interested to see the result, and I am.

She had prior communication from a site that didn't hide nicknames. Simple.

Talking about 2 different things here ... as a webmaster, neither PrivateCamz nor LiveBucks provides usernames to affiliates in their stats.

As she's a performer, if she was chatting with the guy on 2 sites he'd certainly let her know ("remember me? Joe from PrivateCamz"), same username or not. Case closed and understood.

Either way the owner said himself that they changed the payscale because they now eat all chargebacks. Then he didn't pay her. This is months old and she's doing what any pissed off party would do and spreading the word to others.

I think what confused some is that Mariah's thread title states that livebucks is fucking webmasters when she's basically saying they are fucking over performers. I'd be curious though what would happen to the referring webmasters earnings when a high dollar customer supposedly charges back.

Is it really that easy for a customer to run up a 10k bill and simply charge back so as not to pay a dime. Livebucks has all the logs and plenty of evidence to show the customer willfully received services for which he knew he was paying.

Actually, she's got a really GREAT site ... not cookie cutter at all ... very amateurishly designed and layed out differently than most stuff you find out there! Everything about it is truly geared towards convincing surfers to join or somehow spend $$$!

From a marketing standpoint, I'm VERY impressed ... I think this is probably one of, if not THE BEST solo girl sites I've seen (without making it to the member's area) and regardless of the fact that she's not the average "internet amateur" - she's most definitely got a potentially HUGE fan base!

Ugh, well after reading the thread Mariah referred to on another board, seems she was coming at this from a webmaster's perspective after all and not as a performer. What's interesting is that livebucks initially made it clear that they absorb all chargebacks. However in this situation, after the customer ran up a ton of charges over several weeks, they decided not to payout Mariah and freeze her account for 3 months while the bank investigates. I can understand the holding off paying her if there was fraud involved, but what seems like bullshit is that livebucks claims they were only going to pay her out at the 20% scale instead of 40% because the majority of her earnings were from one customer.

I really don't understand their bullshit argument about only paying a higher percentage if you send more traffic as opposed to a couple whales. That just seems idiotic to me unless they need that extra traffic to "shave" in some way. But it's revshare anyways isn't it??

Yeah, I don't understand that also, a % of 10k, whether its from one surfer or 100, still equals the same payout. They claimed they'd lose money if they paid her out at the correct % because it was mostly from one customer, I don't see the logic in that at all.

I promoted them in my members area....I was never a cam girl for them!
But I do shown on Privatecamz and THATS how I know the guy who spent the money.

This has been bullshit with them since day 1. The only reason I got paid the right % of the first $700 was because I posted it and created exposure.
This same guy was buying shows for a year and a recurring members for 7 months and no chargebacks ever. So I think they are lying.

I also kept getting his sales notification emails for weeks after they claimed he charged back...why would they allow him to keep getting shows if it were true????
Oh and btw...there is no username shown but there is a customer ID # and all the sales except a few were the same customer...thats how I know it's one guy.

Sounds like a load of BS that they would offer less than the standard rate because it was one guy spending. In the real world companies give you a bonus for bringing them a whale, not rip you off. Whales are generally consistent business that will go on for an extended period of time.

You chat with a customer there, we'll call him Joe.
You are also a *webmaster* for LiveBucks.
Somehow, Joe uses your referral code to start buying shows at LiveBucks.

Am I correct so far?

If so, and I apologize if not - disregard this below, but here's what I suspect might have happened:

You chat with a BIG spender on PrivateCamZ

As a webmaster you think "Damn, if I got this guy to sign up under me, I'd make a killing (40% or whatever) on the revshare! Much easier than stripping on cam!"

You tell the guy "I know a site you'll love - feeds are great and so are the girls." But to really get him interested, and perhaps because you *know* him by now, you suggest he go to site X, click on the link and sign up under you - in return you'll kick back a %.

As a webmaster you get 40% so if you told him you'd give him even 10% of his money back he'd probably be very happy.

Everything that happened after that is up to you and LiveBucks, but you certainly have - and still - seem dodgy about how you know this guy. After X number of posts you still haven't cleared this up exactly.

And my instinct is, that *how* you know this guy and what you two were up to may be at the heart of the problem. Feel free to clarify.
