So I missed my connection to Costa Rica
 

And I am stranded in Houston until 6pm. The fucking flight was delayed, and if they would have held the plane for no longer than 5 more minutes I would be in Costa Rica right now. Fuckers.

I hate the fucking airlines.

There is nothing worse then missing a flight when it's completely out of your hands. I missed a flight in SLC (connection) and had to spend the night in Salt Lake airport with nothing given to me by the airline and I had to sit at the gate for 30 minutes watching the plane I was supposed to be on sit there and they tell me it can't let me on because the door has been shut... BS!!! What it really means is they have already given the seat I paid for to someone on standby.

sucks ass. Longest I have had to wait in a airport has been 2 hours. Talk about fucking boring, especially when they want to charge a shitload just for the wireless internet.

Happened to me once in Madrid when I was flying to south america.

At least they paid for a night in a great hotel.
