What i wonder is as soon as i reached my min payout (100 bucks) either ALL my affiliates stopped buying or the stats stopped working. Whatever it is, after my payout i didnt make a penny anymore, which is really odd since i had many monthly recurring affiliates.

Chameleon affiliate system should be fine, since people usually do not complain about payments and many of them get the money regularly.
