What ever happened with their case. Who won, who lost? The copyright infregment case. Anyone know. Haven't had the chance to read the papers lately.

Yep they won, but no agreement has been made on the settlement.

Google are thieves and scumbags - not only that but RUSSIAN aswell.

google will fail, they're making money buy using other peoples stuff. think about it what has google done that is so unique? nothing, SE's have always been around they just made a 99% text driven one without all the gfx crap going on. google ads not unique text ads have been around forever. being that they're a SE company they have a better advantage over an Inet Advertising company, gmail not unique 2g email, i have 120gig space for email, google videos theres like 50 site that show videos google is not going to profit by selling someone else work, gtalk crap, froogle who uses that?, google inhouse server boxes... altavista did that before google.

google is just hype, if you look at all there stuff their is nothing unique about anything they do. i give them atleast 2 more years, during that time more people will sue google, they'll piss off more companies and try to competite with everyone and in the end lose focus on the fact that they're a SE company and fail.

Hope that google will do it so Perfect 10 has no hits or shows up on google in the future. that lawsuit are silly and american
