thought about it, goin to bed now though ha, nite all!

i sleep about 3 hours a night, and that is when I can sleep

i usually take something almost every night to fall asleep

I have been to 3 doctors and participated in 4 clinical trials, nothing helps....I have been this way since I was 3 years old

Always! LOL! Here it is 5 am and I'm cleaning my house and reading GFY. Crazy life, but thank god I'm self-employed or I'd really be screwed!!

depends, I tend to rotate

i have prescriptions for both Lunesta and Ambien, those don't work that good though

Tylenol Pm works the best but it makes me really loopy the next day if I even get up at all..

Unisom is all right, but has the same effect as tylenol pm the next day

Nyquil is awesome

the best thing that I take though has to be xanax, I can't take it too much or I build a tolerance, but it always works and always gives me a great sleep with no next day side effects
