best service or procedure on domain selling
Hi,
I've made a serious offer on a domain and I think it will go thru. What's the best standard procedure for legal agreements / escrow etc. Basically I have never done this before and would like some insight from some of you experts. I don't want to pay and end up getting ripped off, as well as I want the seller to feel comfortable. I know there are some escrow services but I have never used them and don't know which are reputable etc. Thanks very any help!! :thumbsup |
escrow.com is the only reputable online service that I'm aware of

Hi Nyana,
We use the services from Moniker (http://www.moniker.com) They are an accredited registrar with ICANN. They have escrow services, which you are inquiring about. :) They'll take care of you :thumbsup Purple Haze |

Nyana - we can help you at Moniker.com. Just email me or go to our escrow page at: http://www.moniker.com/aftermarket/escrow.jsp and start the transaction there.

I like afternic sedo has gone downhill in my oppinion.

Escrow.com is what a lot of people use.
Trust is fine as long as your broker knows and has done business with the parties, and if they are well known domain buyers. Some brokers such as Monte will be a 3rd party. I do that also and I have an attorney that provides trust services for large transactions. |
Next escrow required domain transaction that I deal with I will try to float through Moniker, I like his pricing, I like his references and I love his commercial...
monte monte monte...monte... :thumbsup |
