My computer keeps on restarting non stop i cant find out what the problem is . I think it might be windows media player . Any ideas of what it might be ?

Could be spyware or a powersupply starting to go

King Porn 02-22-2006 07:12 PM

My guess is the power supply.

FredIsMe 02-22-2006 07:16 PM

power supply or a faulty motherboard

tristan_D 02-22-2006 07:32 PM

why would you think its the windows media player?

Helix 02-22-2006 07:47 PM

There was a trojan/virus a while back that did this. Try to start it in safe mode to see if the problem stops. If it does I would think its a virus/trojan. It could also be faulty ram, Power supply going bad, bad boot sectors on the HD, overheating, or motherboard problems.
