Without me actually looking (Wordpress Question)

I haven't actually looked at my Wordpress Dreamweaver extensions so I'll ask here.

I'm designing a WordPress template for personal use that only shows 1 post per page. I know they have previous page and next page tags but does Wordpress have a previous post tag? and next post tag?
