i have emailed you AT LEAST 15 times!!


How many times do i need to send you the account transfer paper work for ---- > www.clubjk.com !!! PA account 924037...



start checking emails because this is fucking bullshit. You guys have LOST my ID fax twice!!!! So i PDFed it and emailed it over 5 times.... never heard a queef after that.


the "document processor" guy must have pull his nutsack over his face or something because you cannot just go and LOSE someone's personal info like this.






gfy guys, is this shit common or what? Ive never had a problem with ccbill... but this is really the first time ive needed to get something done.

a call wont change my personal information being lost. With a ss# and drivers license you can do a lot.

Exactly my experience.

Everyone has issues. Not everyone resolves them within the span of one phone-call... in my experience, ccbill has every time.

Just wanna chime in here as well... I've used CCBill as a processor for nearly 8 years. I can not think of one time that their support hasn't come through for me.

I'm confident that whatever your issue is, they'll get it fixed asap.
