Importing contacts / history from Miranda to Trillian

Anyone know if that is possible?
I've been u sing Miranda for a few years with no problems, but lately I have had a lot of problems with receiving / sending messages so I decided to give Trillian a try again. Only problem is that I am around 700 people on my contact list short now :Oh crap
