Most annoying thing ever in Photoshop
Working with 50 + layers (all unlabled) and having "Auto Select Layer" enabled...accidentally clicking the background and losing your place.

first rule of PS - LABEL YOUR LAYERS
|
lolol..... then again, you have "auto select" selected so finding your way back shouldnt be that hard :glugglug

[QUOTEhahahaha^..^=]first rule of PS - LABEL YOUR LAYERS[/QUOTE]
lol took me awhile to realize the importance of that. |
Using layer groups is nice too for sections of a tour page or whatever.

ctrl+RMB over your layer and choose it

labeling and grouping layers are very usefull. it makes your job easier:thumbsup

yeah that was pretty annoying.. well said naming layers really help a lot. also try to oragnize it by setting it to your layer set from linked:winkwink:
|
I am always too lazy to label my shit. But I pay for it later on:)

Right Click to layer objects is awesome:)
Easily Link and unlink Layers by doing Shift Clicks then pop em together in a Set. Naming layers is for Noobs. If you goto scroll through a mad layer list for 10 minutes you might have a problem and no name of alayer will save your ass. Use the numbers and know the number you are on. Name a layer set if you must, anything else is just annoying. However one odd bug when dealing with LAYER sets is that the right click to select a individual layer gets screwed and goes to a Layer Set over the desired Layer, requiring you to hide a layer set on occasion when operating on multiple layers above the set. Thats a 100% PS bug. |
using sets and label all layers is a must
