More than the going rate usually means top dollar. We are willing to pay alot for the right people.

Does the rep position require that the be local? I know of lots of reps looking for jobs. If it's not in-house clarify so it may get you more applications, hence giving you more choices/options :)

Example low-end top dollar would be $10K-$12K / month + moving expensives and a car, medium would be 12-14K and top-top dollar would be $16K-$20K and a company credit card :thumbsup

What does a sales rep do?

It's possible to work outside the office. Everything is negotiable so icq one of us.

I would prefer them to be here, as it would make things much easier.

You can have them contact us, it wouldn't hurt. We are usually more cautious with telecommuters though cause they can't be managed as well and take more of our time communicating. So we like to see good results before we offer the same pay as inhouse.
