DAMN rush hour traffic SUCKS!

Just got to the office about a half hour ago after sitting in my usual "RUSH" :1orglaugh HOUR.

Atlanta traffic is getting worse every week! I drive 14 miles from the suburbs and spend an average of one hour and twenty minutes each morning getting to the office.

How many of you actually spend an hour or more in traffic every day??:Oh crap

Move to Houston before you complain. The route I take is the second worse in the country after some stretch in L.A.

I'll be in Houston on Friday this week but I'm leaving the driving to the hotel shuttle from the airport and a limo for Friday night.

I feel you there in Houston. Lots of similarities with the Atlanta traffic!

Having a great job in this industry is a good payoff though. :)

Enjoy the smog and traffic! It's the reason I am moving back to Naples, FL the weekend after this one coming up :thumbsup

You see, this is why I moved to the country.

G-Rotica 02-22-2006 08:40 AM

Traffic. One of the reasons I moved to small town America.

Yeah it was snowing the tiniest bit this morning and all hell broke loose.

You should experience southern california traffic. You'll then call your traffic mediocre at best. :2 cents:

Actually they just released a study on this last week...the West Loop (610) and I-10 in Houston -- that area was ranked 2nd with over 27,000 hours of traffic delays annually. How they factor those hours beats the hell out of me...and there was a corridor in Cali something like the 101 and I-5 maybe??? That was #1 with something like 38,000 hours of delays annually.

If 27,000 hours of driving delays annually is mediocre, I have been driving in mediocre traffic the last 18 months.

LA traffic is even worse

FredIsMe 02-22-2006 09:43 AM
