the one i bought was lsited buy a dealer. it was on consignment for the owner. i actually didnt end up going through ebay. the auction had expired and i paid 7900 less than the asking price.. i have yet to buy anything from ebay of any value since i dont have much faith in the system even though its a multi milliondollar business.. didnt test drive it, just asked alot of questions.. and got lucky
