i'd like a tinyurl type script for inhouse use so it doesn't have to be pretty.

Don't think you need me for that, just setup some simple mod.rewrite or redirects.

What I need is a script that parses an XML file and adds the result to a MySQL database. If the URL is already there, it increments a counter; if it's not the record is added to the table.

I've got a anti hotlinking script that needs to be modded.
Right now, when someone tries to hotlink a video from my site it goes to a blank page. I'd like to forward it to a 404 instead.
