    Domain experts ....

What's a reasonable asking price for the domain name tampapropertymanagement.com and how would you justify your price?

Nice domain Verbal, If somebody needs it bad, then play hard ball with them. I would imagine somewhere between 4-8k

It is worth far more than you are probably asking. Double your price

Interesting, but how do you justify that price?

I know it could be worth that much, but how could you show proof to a company that its worth it ... most people/companies are not aware of the value of domain names. Other than the apparent keywords, there are not a lot of type-ins and overture only shows 400+ monthly searches.

Just prospect the commercial property companies in Tampa and I'm sure you'll get some interest and better feel for what price the market will bear.

I'm a huge fan of real estate domains. I was working on getting a deal on Property.com when Rick nabbed. LOL

I would estimate at least $5K to $10K and maybe a little bit more if you can get some competitive bids going.

Your not going to convince a company to buy it at any price.

If you have to as you said show proof to a company its worth than it will be a hard task.

A company that knows its worth will happily pay you your asking price.
