How much do you pay in fees to receive payments from sponsors?
 

Between wires, FedEx, etc, we pay $400-500 a month just to receive money :Oh crap How much do you pay?

nothing at all , I get wires paid for by the one who sends so that kind of free

Increase your minimum payments or decrease your payout frequency.

Don't bring logic into this thread! :1orglaugh Honestly, we don't like to have too much of a lag in between payments... too much can go wrong in between. Especially with sponsors in Canada and US customs etc. We like to have every cent accounted for, in as much real time as possible.

Have your sponsors send you advance payments?

Pretty much those damn ccbill fees. I hate those!

Other than ccbill, epoch, & eurobill, everything we get is either checks (free) or epassport which is: free - $2, depending on the sponsor.

Overall though, from payments to webmasters, money coming in, whatever fees for whatever reason, we run between $200-$400 a month in service fees.

Let's say I can buy a couple of cars every year with the payment costs we have :(

Especially cheque cashing costs are CRAZY!

I no longer promote sponsors that only sends checks, or have very high limits or fees on wires. the Swedish banks made some changes after new years, they now have 4 weeks hold on each check and require a FEE of $130 PER CHECK to even cash them. :mad:

I just realized I am getting double taxed $2 for payment then I have to pay $2 to get it out

so that is like $4 per every payment

Well the profits made from mass mailing def. covers the seemingly large costs of receiving the money :thumbsup

15c per check and $1.00 per deposit (one time fee per deposit).
