Yeah, it seems everyone had a PR3 and now they have all dropped. I think the toolbar is fucked. If you use a web based checker script it outputs correct PRs or atleast what google claims it is. Toolbar auto updates so you never know... Anyways yes very interesting

And remember, toolbar PR is often different than actual PR.

same here, very disappointing development. waited for 4mos+ for the
update and never expected such drop. :(

besides, you should be worrying about your SE placements and not PR. a PR update will change absolutely nothing for your placements. all it does is update the PR thats visible. im sure you rank can easily change daily, but you only see the actual PR update 3-4x a year.
