if this is the new "accepted" method , then one could simply rip full paysites ,upload them , then advertise them directly through guba interface.

Sure guba can delete the links if you complain but i could simply reupload it in half the time they take to remove it..

Technically i would be just be selling an "interface" to the stolen content i have uploaded .

i.e. i upload bigsausagepizza content, guba crawls it , i link to guba's link to it. and sell the complete paysite for half the price AND 1/3 million pics/videos added every day as a bonus ..

Most likely - those things cost an arm and a leg.. I would imagine it would take a bit more complaining from gfyers for them to forgo the income... especially as all the extra drama would have increased overall impressions on top of that.
Direct Adult.com/Playboy copyright theft though... I think they'd take that a little more seriously even though I'm sure both were taken into consideration that could have been the straw that broke the camel's back..
