Anyone ever have this problem with DreamSubmitter?

I just installed DS on a new machine i'm going to be using for gallery submission and graphic work.

I went to go add in a new partner account, so I put the url into submission zone 1, and pull up the form professor.

However it's not populating any of the form fields - and its not like this is a weird TGP, its using AGSQL. Now i realize that its doing this with EVERY form. Anyone know what may be wrong here? Tried reinstalling it, no dice.

I'm not sure, but I think it's WarChild's fault.

Ask Franck. He knows all about dream submitter.

what about when you actually go into the database, and click the online form data. Maximize the form list, Does it pick the fields up that way? You have actually brought the page up first in submission zone 1... right? :winkwink:

yes, ive added lots of sites before, its just doing it now. i bring the site up in submission zone 1, then hit the F for form professor... and all the fields just set themselves to <select>

Problem solved, thanks to reilly and tom from dreamsubmitter - the support these guys give to thier product is what sets dreamsubmitter far and above the competition in my opinion

Tom spent hours at my house fixing my submitter's laptop the other night.

Then all he charged was a coffee. :)

Awesome product, awesome support. You should all give Tom a call and say hi if you don't believe me, the number is on the support page. :)
