This kind of repackaging of content falls exactly into place with what Google tries to do with web content. If I were GUBA right now, I would focus on making my technology undeniably awesome--regardless of any armchair lawyer's drivel--and then peddle it to the guys down in the south bay.

And Google may be facing legal action for their use of news stories on their "news" section. News providers are claiming Google has become a news outlet itself by providing so many headlines and partial stories.

Expect someone to sue Google.
