just curious about this as i brought this very example up recently.

Guba links and hosts the paris hilton video clips/images , gfy directly advertises them ..

Can i advertise guba and xpays ? can i advertise gfy and xpays ?

xpays announced they will have people's search engine results removed from google/yahoo/etc if they infringe on xpays copyright , or "link to infringers"

GUBA has images and clips of the paris hilton video hosted on their servers and are selling access to said materials , so im guessing that would be fairly clear infringement . and gfy links to them and is promoting them on a forum for webmasters..

So im asking if i promote guba will xpays #1) shutdown my account , #2) have my sites removed from google , and as a followup im asking if i promote GFY will xpays #1) shutdown my account , #2) have my sites removed from google

i'm not trying to stir shit ( well ok a little but ) , more just looking to clarify where the boundaries are.

And a tad confused at why guba is on gfy. the concensus seems to be that it isn't legal/ethical

I'll be actually surprised if none of the other program owners don't take this up with Len's in the back ground.

The adult Programs are what pays the bills around here from advertising dollars, by allowing GUBA to advertise here is slapping the face of all the other advertisers here. Because GUBA allows theft of their content.

IMO the advertisers should take a stand on this. Not only does this kind of BS hurt affiliates by basically giving away free porn.. It's costs the program owners a lot of money.

I know if I paid for ads around here I'd pull my ads. Programs like GUBA do nothing but hurt our industry. It's bad enough we have to compete with password sharing sites, but for webmasters to promote this kinda BS.. it boggles the mind.
