CCBill Pay Stubs
Curious, anyone else been having a problem tearing off the CCBill paycheck's quickly? :1orglaugh It's been like this for the past couple of month's I noticed. The check's crease has to be bent a couple times before they come off correctly.
Yea same problem here.. Been that way for months
Yeah it sucks. It used to be easy. Now I sometimes mess up :S
i thought i was the only one with this problem...ccbill checks should be perforated on the fold ! All other sponsers make it so simple to detach the stub.
lol noticed it as well... soo annoying but im not gonna complain about money!
Holy, here's a kleenex to wipe your tears on the way to the bank
Anybody else remember when they used to use those envelopes with everything printed upside down?
I'm a bodybuilder and even I have problems.
Here's proof! http://www.montourschuylkill.com/ima...mages/Mike.jpg |
been using my metal ruler and x-acto on them lately...
the only problem i have with cc promoting sponsors are convertion ratios over 1:6000! :(
Yea it took me half an hour to tear three ccbill checks the other day. They aren't perforated very well, and to make things more difficult they fold the paper one centimeter above. Im going to start using scissors so that i dont accidently rip several $k.
Not as bad, but it also kind of urks me how Epic puts the check in the middle, there by making 3 pieces I have to deal with, rather than two. But, atleast their checks tear right.
Yeah, I noticed the issue probably around the end of 2005. Mine seem to have the fold *just* above the perforation so even if I manage to crease the perforation a few times it often rips upwards into the fold, and it's very difficult to get that tiny bit off.
I take most of my cheques straight from my PO box to the bank, I think I'll need to keep a pair of scissors in the car. :1orglaugh |
Problem is they fold the damn thing about 1/8" above the tear line. Makes it a pain in the ass. I usually just tear them down the fold line.
Wire transfers?

I just rip them at the fold anyway and it sometimes them rips down to the perforated and sometimes it does not... I am sure the bank does not care of the little extra is on there as long as all the zeros are!
yea mine aint perforated at all anymore, just rip them at the fold now
haha i was bitchin about this the other day :1orglaugh
Why not use scissors like I do? Problem solved. :upsidedow

its because they creased it right next to the perforated line. its not really that hard. i do 2 a week so im used to it.
I hired someone to deposit my checks, I don't deal with them anymore!

I don't know..... I'll have to ask my wife :Oh crap |
Yeah. They are a bitch to tear these days.
yeah i noticed but i don't give a shit...I gave up trying to fold that thing last week. so i just ripped it at the fold. Let the banks deal with the shit.
I almost tore the check trying to get it to seperate last time :(
I believe CCBill keeps their perforation machine set to about 10% power, while other sponsors keep theirs set at 100% power. CCBill can save money on electricity this way.
after losing 3 check in the mail I take the ass-pounding wire transfers @ a total of $25 per :disgust
LOL, I notice the same thing.. Perforated edges please!!! :1orglaugh
now that's something i can agree with, i've torn a few checks myself
Pain in the ass for sure.
Indeed. You can always tell which checks are ccbill's in the pile. Cause there will be little pieces of paper stuck to the tips of them. Can never rip it correctly.
