SCTV the tv. show was a stolen concept based on SNL....but the whole idea of a Second City Comedy Troupe originated in Chicago...therefore you just proved you guys stole our culture :thumbsup

All that is true...but anyway...I will say this I did love SCTV...and John Candy is truly missed....t was a sad day when he passed.

And as far as being a comedian farm...you guys have given us a lot of talented comics....and we thank you :)

I seriously was a big fan of SCTV as a kid....and Bob and Doug McKenzie were the best part of the show.

I even made sure to get me a McFarlane set when they came out...it's one of my favorites.

Let's keep in mind that Canada is the USA's greatest ally and trading partner. Without Canada, the USA would be very different. More importantly, the same could be said for the USA's relationship with Canada.

Canada is a great place to live! I am proud to be Canadian! Travelling through Europe and Asia, and being Canadian has many advantages! There is a reason why all backpackers sew on the Canadian flag on their backpacks.
