Outsourcing software development
 

I'm looking for a company to oursource development of some client/server software. Need a company that can develop very secure, high performance applications.

I don't feel like spending $100K for a US based company, anyone know any high end offshore development companies that they can recommend?

* Don't ofer me staff leasing, I need a to deliver a design and receive a product and support from an experienced team that can have value add for the design purposes as well. I don't want to manage people - I want to receive a service.

Im a big fan of www.scriptlance.com regardless of project size. Some large offshore companies monitor it. Likewise you can simply hire someone full time based on their feedback and previous jobs completed so you get some idea of their skill set and experience... eg put someone on for 3 months full time and get your project out of the way.
