Embedded videos on WordPress?
Is there anything special that needs to be done to embed a video in WordPress? I've been trying but it fucks with the page and ends up coming up blank.

I think you need to use a page for that ? just link your post to a new made wp page

Just hit google and mix up the keywords. wmv+embed+wordpress+plugin
I have seen a plugin for it before, but I would think you can do it other ways. Just jumping around google I found that using object tags may help. http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_object.asp A possible plugin: http://helmetcameracentral.com/2006/...bloggerplugin/ Something unique, but not really what you need. http://wordpress.com/blog/2006/01/26/youtube-support/ |
You can take standard html code you use for embedding video on a normal page and just make that part of your post.

This one works fine. If you have questions on how to code your post and get the video to work just icq me.
http://wp-plugins.net/plugin/Media_Filter/ If you want to change it to auto play you need to change autoplay to a 1 in the mediafilter.php file For an example visit my site www.faptown.com |
Here to save you time.
[ACT]http://www.faptown.com/video/PigtailsRoundAsseAshley.wmv,400,400[/ACT] Just replace my link with your link and post that in your blog after you have uploaded the fallen media filter plugin to your content/plugins folder. :winkwink: |
